On Training Human-Based Teachers by Higher Normal Education

The policy of constructing the well-to-do society in all-round way put forward by our government, demands the basic education system laying down the well-done base for the qualified human resources. The reform and development of the basic education depend on the qualified teachers provided by higher normal education system, and requires the teachers should take the students as the base, themselves as the self-disciplined professionals, and take much more care to develop the potentials of the students in the process of education. Higher normal education should adapt to the reform of the basic education, turning the type of talent education to the mass education, in order to link up the education of teachers and the basic education, concentrate the effort on the research of the difficulties of student virtue education and constructs the curricula of human-based normal education.
