Abstract

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of compound salviae miltiorrhigae injection and astragalus injection on viral myocarditis. Methods The treatment group(82 cases:male 37,female 45)was treated with compound salviae miltiorrhizae 10 ml added to 5% glucose solution 100 ml and astragalus injection 10 ml added to 5% glucose solution 100 ml for intravenous drip once daily; The control group(30 cases:male 14,femals 16)was treated with energy mixture. Results The effective rates were 95.12% and 80.0% in treatment group and control group respectively. There was obvious difference between 2 groups(P0.05).At the same time,in the treatment group, the clinical symptom,ECG and blood myocardial enzyme spectrum were improved remarkably(all P0.05,0.01).There were no side effects in 2 groups. Conclusion There is better theraputic efficacy of compound salviae miltiorrhzae injection and astragalus injection in the treatment of viral myocarditis and no toxic reaction.
