Abstract
In order to release the present tension of the international energy,it is necessary to develop a new fuel alternative for the diesel engine.With the theoretical analysis and test research on the oil coal water mixture to be a new fuel alternative of the diesel engine,the paper identified that the oil coal water mixture to replace the diesel for the diesel engine is feasible.
