Effect of alternative fuel blended into diesel oil on diesel engine performance

Abstract

The main properties of biologic diesel oil, alcohol, liquated petroleum gas and natural gas have been analyzed in this paper. Effect of alternative fuel blended into diesel oil on diesel engine power and economical performance also has been reviewed. There is an optimal ratio of alternative fuel blended into diesel oil. In total, the economical and emissive performance of engine is improved with alternative fuel.
