A Research on College Students' Development of Resilience in Guizhou Province

This author uses a questionnaire of resilience to investigate 354 college students' resilience,focusing on the sex differences,grade features,whether-or-not single child type and city-countryside type differences in the resilience.The results shows:(1) In terms of the mood controlling,male college students had significantly higher scores than female students,but female college students had significantly higher scores than male students in the terms of the interpersonal assist.(2) There was a significant grade features difference in resilience.Grade four college students had lower scores than other grades in goals focus,positive cognition,family support,interpersonal assistance,personal force and supporting.(3) Single-child college students had significantly lower scores than no-single-child college students in goals focus,positive cognition,personal force and supporting.(4) Rural students had higher scores than city students in goals focus,positive cognition,mood controlling,interpersonal assistance,personal force and supporting.
