Study on Status and Development of Beijing University High-level Sports Team

In this paper,through documentary research,access the survey,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and other methods,investigate and analyze the students of Beijing university sports team,learning and enrollment management,training,competitions and others,insight the students of colleges and universities in Beijing sports teams do not meet the needs of the development of high-level sports teams,learning and training conflicts,imperfect competition system.Finally,the way to cultivate quality students of the university sports team,to ease the conflict between learning and training,to improve the competition system of recommendations to promote the development of Beijing university sports team.
