Abstract
Objective To explore the cause of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods By investigating patients' symptoms,HP infection and endoscopic check-ups,248 patients with GERD were divided into healthy group,NERD group and EE group. Results Age,BMI,alcoholic amount and HP infection rate of GERD patients are higher than that of healthy people, but the difference is not significant(P0.05).Moreover,the HP infection rate of NERD group is similar to that of EE group. In contrast, bile reflux rate(39.2%) of EE group is much higher than that of GERD group(26.5%)(P0.05).Conclusion GERD is caused by many factors.HP doesn't increase the morbidity and the degree of GERD damage, but bile reflux is eorrelated with the degree.
