Abstract

Objective To analyze the types of payment methods and its effect in Sichuan Province.Methods Theory analysis and empirical research were used in this paper.Forty-six hospitals were analyzed in this study.Results We found that Fee for Service Method was still the main method in Sichuan Porvince and Scale Payment and Diseases Groups Method had been used to control expenxes.Conclusion We should improve Scale Payment and Diseases Groups Method.
