Abstract

Based on the analysis of problems in the medical insurance payment,the causes were discussed on the inefficient medical insurance payment as complexity payment audit procedure and un-nicety on information of the patient.Then some suggestions were given as perfecting information-based construction of the medical insurance, improving medical quality.
