Abstract
The yield of allyl glycidyl ether was greatly enhanced by adding suitable amount of water-insoluble solvents(benzene,cyclohexane,n-hexane) and small amount of water-soluble solvents(THF,methanol, ethanol) in presence of liquid-liquid phase-transfer catalyst.Under the optimum conditions of n(allyl alcohol)∶n(epichlorohydrine)∶n(NaOH)∶n(tetrabutyl ammonium bisulphate) =1.0∶2.0∶2.0∶0.01,reaction temperature 60 ℃,reaction time 1 h,benzene 120 mL and THF 25 mL,the yield of product was more than 86%,the epoxy value and purity of product were 0.866 and 96.5% respectively.
