Abstract
In the paper，content of crude protein，crude fat， crude fibre and total amino acid in leafof Broussonetia Papyrifera（L。）Vent are respectively determinde， which of them being，protein 23．3％，fat4．3％、fibre l 3．4％ and total amino acid l 8．3％。The analvsis indicates the leafcontaining rich protein and amino acids essential for body．and exploiting BroussonetiaPapyrifera（L。） vent has better prosect，taking the leafofit for main enconomic product。
