Abstract
The chemical constituents from the fruits of Citrus grandis 'Tomentosa' were investigated in the present study.Twelve compounds have been isolated and identified as 6-prenyloxy-7-methoxycoumarin(1),5-hydroxy-8-(3′-methyl-2′-butenyl) furocoumarin(2),(-)-marmesinin(3),methylcnidioside A(4),methylpicraquassioside A(5),cnidioside A(6),bergaptol(7),isoimperatorin(8),6′,7′-dihydroxybergamottin(9),marmin(10),meranzin(11) and isomeranzin(12) by spectroscopic analysis and comparing with literature data.Compounds 1~6 were isolated from the genus Citrus for the first time.
