Abstract

Clan structure is an important problem of Huizhou clan's research.Cheng clan in shanhe,Qimen county during the Ming and Qing Dynasties is one of the noble family in Huizhou.This paper studies the clan's structure from five perspective:the pedigree structure,the power and level structure,the sacrifice structure,the property structure,the association or society,to reflect the Huizhou clan structure feature of the Ming and Qing Dynasties.
