Minomally invasive rotary varicotomy treatment of superficial Varicosities in low limbs

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of microtrauma rotary varicotomy treatment of superficial varicosities in low limbs.Methods From October 2003 to january 2005,Sixty-one limbs in Fifty-six patients had been performed microtrauma rotary varicotomy treatment with TriVex System.Results Satisfactory surgical results were obtained in all cases without any severe complication.Follow-up period range 4-12 months,no re-occurrence was found during follow-up.Conclusion Microtrauma rotary varicotomy is a new technique,safe microtrauma procedure with good surgical result ,short operating time.
