Abstract
Based on the papers of Qingdao University of Science and Technology collectd by SCI papers from 1998 to 2007 as the research object,using bibliometric method,such as the number of papers,the subject distribution,author, journal source and the impact factors,etc.to analyze and evaluate the colleges and universities’scientific research level and development trend,discipline construction and development direction,distribution and structure of scientific research, papers quality and academic standards of our school in order to promote the rapid development of scientific research work.
