Abstract

According to the cylindrical cavity-expansion and Mohr-Coulomb,the resulting axial resistant force on the projectile nose is obtained when penetrating into concrete target and the penetration depth is calculated by movement differential equation. The calculated result are well in accord with the experimental data, and the method is practical for ready application.
