Dynamics Analysis of Enterprise Alliance Development and Alliance Strategies

Enterprise alliance can enhance enterprise's continuous competitive advantage and enterprise's growth by resource sharing.Enterprise alliance growth includes two dimensions: alliance running and alliance developing,and alliance developing is affected by alliance force,which,and whose action effect,fit sutra dynamics theory.Dynamics model of enterprise alliance developing is constructed based on it and four theorems,including partial benefit intergrowth,universe asymmetry,big count focus and dynamics self-stabilization,and the sample analysis tests the theorem,and finally some deductions are gained by formula ratiocination,and alliance network,leading-following,homeostasis,electing-cultivating strategies for enterprise alliance developing are put forward based on it.
