Research on Strategic Technology Alliance of China's Telecommunication Enterprise

Nowadays the competition of global telecom is more and more fierce.Under such condition,international telecom enterprises choose technology alliance one after another in order to strengthen the core competition of enterprise.The article discussed the cause,type and effect of technology alliance,argued that China's telecom enterprise should take those factors into account when choosing technology alliance.Firstly,choose the appropriate partner of alliance.Secondly,adopt the adaptive form and effective managing mode of alliance.Thirdly,maintain the steady trust relationship of alliance and create the culture atmosphere of co-operation.
