Curative Effect Observation on Improving Post-Stroke Spastic Mode

Objective:To observe the curative effect of moxibustion on post-stroke spasticity mode.Methods:60 patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke in hospitalized patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with moxibustion and acupuncture and rehabilitation exercise,the control group was only with acupuncture and rehabilitation exercise method.Evaluation method of modified Ashworth spasticity assessment form was carried on.Results:After 30 days of treatment,two groups of patients with lower limb on modified Ashworth score had significance(P0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion can effectively reduce the limb spasm of hemiplegic patients,promote normal movement patterns of recovery of hemiplegic patients.
