Abstract

The EPC project of Shanghai Yangtze River Bridge VTS navigation system includes multiple stages such as survey,design,construction,equipment installation and commissioning,trial operation,maintenance and management,etc.It is of beneficial use to try and explore.Under the circumstance of limited investment,tight schedule,heavy workload for coordinating,various stages with close relationship,this method guarantees the project quality and maximum efficiency.This article provides the views on the EPC experience of Shanghai Yangtze River Bridge VTS navigation system project.
