On the Rhyming of Liao Dynasty Poetry

Abstract
Based on the extensive collection of materials,this article studies the characteristics of Liao(辽)Dynasty poetry and rhyming vowel system in depth.Liao(辽) vowel system can be summarized as 20 rhymes,which has a gap with Northern Song(北宋)rhyming.Poetry rhyming of this period has three characteristics: yang rhymes(阳声韵) matches ru rhymes(入声韵)very tightly;endings of Ru rhyming begin to disappear;and-m ending begins to disappear.
