On Theme and Image of English Literary Works and its Translation

This paper,applying the theory of Equal-value translation,expounds that we will study not only the equal-value transformation among the three structures(deep structure,rhetorical structure and surface structure) in literary works translation,but also how to reflect the theme and image of literary works in the version,achieving the goal of equal-value translation.
