A Brief Discussion on Reflective Learning from the Perspective of Reflective Learning

Reflective teaching is a process of considering, analyzing and evaluating teaching practice, and an efficient approach for a teacher to realize selfdevelopment. After a brief discussion on openmindedness, responsibility and wholeheartedness, which are integral to reflective action, this article proposes that reflective learning should be promoted together with reflective teaching.
