Abstract

The origin of cultivated land requisition-compensation balance in trans-provincial areas was introduced.Its advantages and disadvantages were analyzed from the perspective of cultivated land occupied areas,supplementary areas and the nation.The related proposals were put forward on how to coordinate the relationship between economic development and cultivated land protection.
