Rational Thinking on Requisition-compensation Balance System of Cultivated Land

Abstract

Requisition-compensation balance of cultivated land is an important link in protection system of cultivated land in China.Since this system was implemented,the effective cultivated-land area was increased,agricultural production conditions were improved and the pressure of cultivated land caused by the occupation of non-agriculture construction was alleviated to certain extent.But due to non-normalized design of this system,some problems existed in the implementing process.Finally,some suggestions for improving the requisition-compensation balance system of cultivated land were put forward.
