Study on Transformation of Archives Management Model in Colleges

In the knowledge economy,the archives management should set up the concept of people first.In the keeping and use of archives,it is doubtless right to emphasize the management concept of consumer first.But in the knowledge economy,it is not enough to only emphasize one concept.In the sense and practice,we should lay equal stress on the consumers and the people,which is the demand of the knowledge economy and fit the actual situation and law of development of archives.This paper describes the content of archives management and puts forward the feature of archives management and how to realize three transformations of archives management model in colleges.
