Abstract
In the knowledge-based economy condition,the research on the library knowledge transfer mechanism is the direct demand of a library to increase its knowledge content and to improve its knowledge service level.It is urgent for a college library to develop a high quality and effective knowledge transfer mechanism in order to accomplish the objective of knowledge and science management.This article analyses the content,characteristic,function and influence factor,and especially the mechanism of knowledge transfer.The research is of active significance to spread library knowledge,improve the effect of knowledge transfer,play its role of organizing knowledge resources and expand the influence of library knowledge service.
