Abstract

Adipose-derived Stem Cells(ADSCs) are adult stem cells,which exist in adipose tissue,have the ability to self-renew and differentiate into many types of tissues.They have the general characteristics of stem cells and can be used as seed cells in tissue engineering.This paper mainly introduces the biological characteristics and the study development of ADSCs in the bone tissue engineering.
