The Shanxi Commercial Bank Employee Satisfaction Empirical Study

This paper takes employee satisfaction measurement and management as research object and expands the investigation of the Shanxi Commercial Bank of employee satisfaction,combining practice together with theories.According to the survey data,this paper study the impact of employee satisfaction influencing factors of overall satisfaction based on structural equation model.The results showed:employee satisfaction,future satisfaction,organizational satisfaction,salary satisfaction have a significantly positive effect on overall satisfaction.Supervisor satisfaction effect on overall satisfaction is not significant.
