SWOT analysis and strategic objectives to the construction of Lanzhou logistics centers

With the rapid development of science and technology and the enhancement of economic globalization,modern logistics have been playing an important role in the economic and social development.As a key logistics node city in the Northwest China,the construction of Lanzhou logistics centers has an important practical significance.With SWOT analysis method,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats of developing Lanzhou logistics centers,then puts forward the strategic objectives for the construction of the logistics center,finally providing some strategic support.
