On building energy saving measure in northeast China

Abstract
Aiming at the importance of the building energy saving,the paper analyzes current situation of the energy consumption of the existing building in northeast China,describes the building energy saving measures in northeast China from aspects of planning design,building design and policy,so as to decrease building energy consumption,realizes the strategic aim of sustainable development.
