Abstract
From the importance of building energy-saving and the present situation of building energy consumption in China,the thesis analyzes the importance of energy-saving and the obstacle in the process of enforcing energy-saving,expounds the technology measures for building energy-saving,through the effective energy-saving approaches to decrease the building energy consumption,so as to realize saving energy.
