Abstract
The employment situation and future development trend of college graduates are analyzed and the specific elements to influence the college students’ employment are put forward.It is pointed out that college students should change their concept of employment,lower the expectation and emphasize the shift from knowledge to skills as well as master the opportunity of job choices.
