Abstract

Lu Jia's 《XinYu》 is the first political essay of Han Dynasty,it firstly develop Confucianism in early period of Han Dynasty,and influent the emperor Liu Bang who despised Confucianism.The thought of different way of attack and defend and laying equal stress on both civil and military make a important role in the thought of early period of Han Dynasty.In Chinese thought history,Lu Jia make an imprtant influence on the ruling thought of early period of Han Dynasty.
