Explore of Case Teaching Method in International Trade Law

Abstract

International trade law is a practical professional course,so case teaching method is fit for it.There must some preliminary job before case teaching,such as selecting proper case,blocking out thinking or debating direction according to case teaching method,organizing the case teaching,paying attention to students' subjectivity,and sum-up in time.In the case teaching of international trade law,should take care of the relationship between case teaching and lecture teaching;arrange the role of teachers and students.
