Abstract

AFLP is a new DNA molecular marker technique with high efficiency,promptitude,stability and accuracy.The wide applications of AFLP in plant genetic diversity,including cultivar identification,classification,germplasm analysis as well as origin and evolution of species,were summarized.The applying prospect of AFLP was also discussed.
