Abstract

With the development and integration of power and communication technology, the private power communication network have evolved from power line carrier, analog microwave, digital microwave to optical fiber in the past decades. The power communication has realized its transition from microwave majored, power line carrier supplemented to optical fiber majored and microwave supplemented state, and the power communication network has been developed into a multi function, broad bandwidth modern power communication network, and is becoming an inseparable important part of power industry. Based on the operation and management experiences and practices, which Anhui Power Communication Company obtained from running modern power communication network, and by taking the “Operation and Management Protocol of Power Communication of Anhui” as its main reference, the paper analyzes the kernel factors in operation and key items in management of communication transmission network and other various business networks, and discusses the management functions, responsibilities and organizational structures of each management level.
