Abstract
with the development of grid construction and power communication technologies, there is an urgent need to build an integrated management system for power communication network in order to convert the traditional management and monitoring mode that network management system is incompatible to devices from various providers. This paper introduces the characteristics and requirements of power communication network operation and management, analyzes its critical technologies, and designs a construction solution for the integrated management system of Shandong electric power communication network. Practices show that the solution is clear and comprehensive, and greatly improves work efficiency and work quality of communication network operation and management.
