Abstract
The economic activities of manufacturing industries in Jiangsu province have shown obvious features of spatial agglomeration, which can be measured from two aspects: regional specialization and industrial agglomeration. From the regional aspect, the specialization degree has increased and the northern, middle and southern parts of Jiangsu have already formed advantage industries respectively as well as system of division of production. From the aspect of industry, more and more manufacturing industries show the quality of agglomeration and tendency of enhanced agglomeration and the southern part of Jiangsu has become the most concentrated area of industrial agglomeration.
