Abstract

In recent years,the role of AMPK in autophagy has become a research hotpot.Autophagy is a complex and multi-stage process,which is sensitive to energy.As an energy sensor, AMPK is sensitive to nutrition and plays a key role in autophagy.In this paper,we mainly focus on the effects of AMPK on autophagy through mTOR,p53and PI3Kpathways.
