Compared with other masters' correlative study in the field of Song-Yuan-Ming-Qing ideology, HU Shi reinterpreted Qing Dynasty academy on the views of integer and scientific reason, and combined scientific spirit and modernity which attached importance to people's physical demands. Consequently, HU Shi built a platform that was used to intercommunicate and understand between western modern culture and Qing Dynasty academy, and then indicated the characteristic of modernity in Qing Dynasty academy.
