On the Constitutional Protection of Citizen's Private Property Rights

Citizen's private property rights are a central issue of human rights protection.A citizen of any country,when deprived of property rights,has no human rights in the real sense.No property,no property rights,let alone human rights.However,human rights and property rights can not be simply interpreted as two facets of a coin.They possess their respective legal scope,regulate and prevent illegal infringment from all kinds of powers.Equal protection principle of private property rights in Constitutional law,assumes too much challenges and pressure from the real world,such as the constitutional status,legalism,common property rights,etc.
