Abstract

After China's entering WTO, higher vocational and technical education meets not only good opportunities,but also severe challenges. Confronted with the new situation, we should adjust and reform the aims of developing talents,reform the model and pattern of bringing up talents and raise education quality and school running benefit in order to speed up the internationalization of the cannotation of higher vocational and technical education and to take part in the global competition of talents and on educational market.
