Abstract
The survive time of Carassius auratus in sealed triangle flasks with different Atrazine concentrations,which is 0.65mg/L,0.97mg/L,1.61mg/L,2.58mg/L,3.87mg/L and 5.48mg/L,separately,was determined to study the effect on anti-hypoxia ability of Carassius auratus.The results showed that the surviving time of Carassius auratus treated with 0.65mg/L Atrazine increased by 1.45%(P0.05),and the surviving time of Carassius auratus treated with 0.97mg/L,1.61mg/L,2.58mg/L,3.87mg/L and 5.48mg/L Atrazine reduced by 4.54%(P0.05),12.55%(P0.05),15.83%(P0.05),26.9%(P0.01) and 42.8%(P0.01) compared with CK,which indicates that lower concentration of Atrazine has no significant effect on its anti-anoxia ability and high concentration of Atrazine can reduce its anti-anoxia ability significantly.
