Abstract

The results from studying the effect of Atrazine and Cypermethrin combination with different concentration on CAT activity of muscle, kidney and liver of Carassius auratus showed that the hepatopancreans CAT activity of Carassius auratus treated with 5.3mg/L Atrazine and 1.1g/L Cypermethrin increased with the increase of treatment time, the kidney CAT activity of Carassius auratus treated with 5.3mg/L Atrazine and 1.1g/L Cypermethrin was inhibited 5~8 days later, the hepatopancreans CAT activity of Carassius auratus treated with 10.6mg/L Atrazine and 1.1μg/L Cypermethrin increased 8~15 days later, and Atrazine and Cypermethrin contamination first increased and then inhibited the muscle CAT activity of Carassius auratus. There are the relationships between Atrazine and Cypermethrin concentration and the CAT activity and between Atrazine and Cypermethrin contamination time and the CAT activity.
