Abstract
The goal was to resolve the problem that the flowering Chinese cabbage offspring germ plasm is too simple and the economic character of male sterile lines is not similar to their parents. The flowering Chinese cabbage cytoplasm was used as female sterile and fertile lines of the male sterile AB lines type 1 fa45 of Chinese cabbage were used as the male parent. We studied the transfer of genic male sterile AB lines type Ⅰin flowering Chinese cabbage by inbreeding, test crossing and so on.Based on the Multiple Allele Hypothesis of genic male sterility, through six backcrossing,a New genic male sterile AB lines type Ⅰ was obtained with a cytoplasm from the flowering Chinese cabbage and with economic characters similar to their parent. Our method is suitable for transfering male sterilie lines.According to the transfer method we should obtain the target plant with characteristics similar to their parents.
