After treatment, 111 cases were cured and 14 cases died. Conclusion:Most abdominal are multi-site and/or multi-organ associated injuries. Diagnostic peritoneal puncture and ultrasonography are simple diagnostic methods. As soon as possible to final diagnosis, maintenance blood volume and reasonable normalization remedy are the keys to improve the early diagnosis and salvage achievement ratio of blunt abdominal injury.
