Abstract

A method for the determination of trace impurity elements including Co、 As、 Mo、 In、 Sn、 Sb、 Cd、 Ag、 Pd、 Au in high purity aluminium by ICP-MS after matrix extraction and separation was established.Effects of the operation parameters of ICP-MS,acidity and the amount of complexant on the determination results of impurities were investigated. The recoveries of all these trace impurity elements are in the range of 77.6%~112.2%,the detection limit is in the range of 0.02~0.6 ng/mL,and the RSDs are between 1.6% and 7.2%.
