Efficacy of Buflomedil and Teponin on Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency Vertigo

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of buflomedil and teponin on the vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo.Methods 109 patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo were divided into two groups randomly.The experiment group were treated with buflomedil 200mg and teponin 20mL;the control group were treated with Dansheng 30mL.Results The differece of the efficacy between the experiment group and the control group was significant statistically.Conclusions It is effective to treat vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo with buflomedil and teponin.
