Abstract

The paper introduces the construction cost management of project program,discusses the organization of the construction cost plan and presents the way of the construction cost budget.The author proposes the cost control measures from the aspects of income-adding,outcome-reducing and cost assessing.Accordingly improve the level of the program cost management and enhance the competition capacity of the enterprises.
